Award Winning DFW IT Company Geek on Wheels Becomes Techvera

DENTON, Texas - April 11, 2016 - PRLog -- Following a year of growth and transition, Denton, TX-based technology company Geek on Wheels unveiled a new brand identity to reflect both its strategic vision and next phase of expansion. From Monday, May 2^nd onward, Geek on Wheels will officially be known as Techvera.

"Our new name reflects the forward-looking shift in our business from a heritage as the best local technology repair shop since 2001, to a company that proactively manages all aspects of technology for our clients," said Reese Ormand, CEO of Geek on Wheels, soon to be Techvera. "The ownership and local nature of our company will remain the same, but we are more focused on the market's demand for proactive management of the ever more complex technology in homes and businesses."

Techvera will provide managed services and cloud-based solutions to businesses and consumers, enabling them to better communicate, be more productive, and rest assured that their technology, data, and content is secure and safe.

"We will be rolling out a series of great solutions demonstrating our tag line - that Techvera really is 'The Smart Way to Manage Your Technology'," Ormand said. "As a growing business, we feel the need to challenges ourselves. We want to take care of business's technology, so they can take care of their business. We want busy parents and households to have a single solution to all the irritating issues that come with the phones and tablets and laptops and networks in their homes."

Geek on Wheels will officially become Techvera on May 2nd, but the company will be hosting a "Graduation Party" on April 28th at Harvest House in Denton to introduce its new name, logo, and ad campaign.
