HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - March 31, 2016 - PRLog -- Teen actor Ava Cantrell is set to appear in theaters in this summer's blockbuster, New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. Pictures' Lights Out. Playing the role of antagonist "Teen Diana" Ava Cantrell is sure to haunt your dreams with this daunting tale of a creature that only appears when the lights go out! *A feature adaptation of the 2013 short film, "Lights Out" by David F. Sandberg.

Ava Cantrell joins this stellar cast composed of Teresa Palmer, Gabriel Bateman, Billy Burke, Alexander DiPersia, Maria Bello, Lotta Losten, Amiah Miller,  and Andi Osho. The film is directed by David F. Sandberg and produced by James Wan the director of the original Saw, Insidious, and The Conjuring.

*Lights Out - - When Rebecca (Teresa Palmer) left home, she thought she left her childhood fears behind. Growing up, she was never really sure of what was and wasn't real when the lights went out ... and now her little brother, Martin (Gabriel Bateman), is experiencing the same unexplained and terrifying events that had once tested her sanity and threatened her safety. A frightening entitiy with a mysterious attachment to their mother, Sophie (Maria Bello), has reemerged. But this time, as Rebecca gets closer to unlocking the truth, there is no denying that all their lives are in danger ... once the lights go out.
