She is now working with the amazing Dutch DJ / producer: DJ Dannic, for her follow up single to this upbeat exciting club track. Her next release: "I'm Alive" is with AVEX Records and Sony Music. It is scheduled to debut in Japan on September 18th.

Cloud 9 will debut "I'm Alive" in Europe and Universal will market it on Spotify and in the USA. She will have 3 more major releases this year, and the next 2 songs will be with Thrive records and Sony Music LA.

ABOUT MAHKENNA:

MAHKENNA is an amazing 16 yr.old, known for her incredible voice and stage presence when she performs. Per KINGS of SPINS, she "sounds like a vocal mix of Rihanna & Alessia Cara."

Born in Ireland and raised in Southern California, Mahkenna spent her early years learning and performing music for family and friends. She spent her summers playing fast pitch softball and riding horses, but eventually, began to also watch the Disney channel as well as musicals and became fascinated by acting and performing on stage.

She started vocal training at age 5 under the direction of Francis Monachelli and now is being taught by one of the industry's greatest vocal coaches, Seth Riggs and currentl y working with the talented song-writer Alicia Madison.

She was recently enrolled at the John Casablanca School for Acting and Modeling in Beverly Hills, where she has gained the experience from professionals in the business and is already hard at work launching her career in both acting and singing!!
