SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - March 21, 2016 - PRLog -- Executive Producer, Mike A. Hill today announced the Development of a World War II Documentary film project called Patriot Skies. The film recounts the history and story of England's Royal Air Force in America prior to World War II.

"Historians know about the Lend-Lease Act where America lent arms to the UK in 1940-41, Said Mike Hill,  "but even avid World War II History buffs aren't aware of the RAF program that brought thousands of young British Cadets to US shores."  The movie Patriot Skies focuses on sunbelt airports that were built to train the British flyers and especially Falcon Field of Mesa, Arizona where a few of the 1940's Warbirds still exist.

"It is our duty as well as privilege to preserve these memories and bring these unknown stories to the screen, "continued Hill,  "The film features first-hand accounts from the surviving RAF Veterans, flying recreations and interviews with Military experts."  Patriot Skies also explores the ambitious scheme created by President Roosevelt and Prime Minister Churchill which would circumvent American Neutrality while preparing for an inevitable conflict.

Patriot Skies, presented by the National Documentary Film Alliance and produced by Rushbrook Media is Directed by Joshua Ledlow.  More information about the film can be found at http://www.patriotskies.com.
