Speak No Evil Opens in Albuquerque as Part of Comic Expo

PHOENIX - June 19, 2013 - PRLog -- The independent horror film, Speak No Evil starring Gabrielle Stone will make its only New Mexico appearance this weekend at the Albuquerque Comic Expo on June 21-,23 2013 located at the Albuquerque Convention Center 401 2nd St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.

A public screening of the movie will be at the Guild Cinema, Saturday June 22nd at 9:30pm located at 3405 Central Ave. NE Albuquerque, NM 87106.

Speak No Evil Director, Roze will attend and be available to answer questions by fans about the horror movie-making process of the award-winning film. Roze will be joined by the film’s demon, Adramelach, played by actor, Sean Wesley.  

The film is about a young mother whose daughter has gone missing under suspicious circumstances.  In her search for the daughter and subsequently, all the children in a small town, the movie takes a turn into a suspenseful, drama-filled horror. Playing the mother is the film’s star, Gabrielle Stone, the daughter of the legendary  “Scream Queen” Dee Wallace (E.T, Cujo, The Lords of Salem). Other principal actors are Mario Guzman, Carl Jensen IV and newcomer Olivia Cavender.

The film, which was shot in Arizona, opened last month in Tempe, Arizona during the Phoenix ComicCon weekend.  “The Albuquerque event is one of many stops at ComicCons and HorrorCons across the country. said Roze “This is a crucial part of a summer long tour for the movie where we are meeting fans and presenting panels to a core audience. We have had a wonderful reception promoting the film at ComicCons, the fans love the horror genre and appreciate seeing the movie’s monster up close. He’s pretty scary!”
