Fera Makangiras Won Best Participants title on People Development Program 5 2016

JAKARTA SELATAN, Indonesia - March 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Ms. Fera Makangiras won Double best participant title on Transafe Indonesia's People Development Program 5 2016. Ms. Fera is a representative from Transafe Indonesia Batam Branch.

Dony Budidharma, Director of Transafe Indonesia and Adi Sutomo, Training & Operation Manager Transafe Indonesia handed the award on the program closing Friday, Mar 11^th 2016.

For Transafe Indonesia, this is the fifth batch of People Development Program Transafe held. The theme for this event is: "Rise of The Prime Team"

This program is in cooperation with TransWISH Indonesia.

Participants are Lasaila Arifiani and Mochamad Fachrul from Marketing department; Amalia Nur Azizah, Marketing Support Admin; Shella Monica Sari, Finance department and Nurul Yusniawati from Secretary to director, Head Office Jakarta. Last but not least, Fera Makangiras from Marketing Department and Vitus Adhi Prabowo, Operation department. They both represent Batam branch office.

Trainings conducted for this program are Basic Health Safety Environment (Basic HSE) Awareness, Customer Service from heart, Time Management, Personal SWOT analysis, Team work, Character Building, Mini team building.

Mr. Dony Budidharma stated that this season is different. In this program, he has been sharing and teaching in a number of classess directly.

The competition on People Development Program is very high. And she not won one title but two titles. TWO TITLES !!. We are very proud of her back here in Batam"

Fera will stay in Jakarta for a few weeks to learn directly from Transafe Indonesia's leaders as well as share her knowledge and passion to fellow employee.
