LDJ Capital Director Alejandro Vargas is Invited to the Unveiling of Biscayne Line Plans

NEW YORK - Feb. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- Alejandro Vargas,  Managing Director, USA and Latin America  of LDJ Capital was invited to the event.

LDJ Capital Chairman David Drake says, “This unveiling is a momentous event for the Miami community and for the students of the University of Miami. The students have the opportunity to present their ideas to the major players of the Biscayne Line project, which could possibly be a game changer for everyone involved.”

In the Fall of 2015 semester, The University of Miami, The Related Group and ArquitectonicaGEO, offered a course centered on the Biscayne Line development. This project aims to connect the entire stretch of Edgewater to Downtown Miami, at the same time making it a waterfront linear park that will be accessible to the public.

This momentous event unveiled the visual plans made by the students of the University of Miami’s School of Architecture for the Biscayne Line. This unveiling is  the very first chance to see the  students' ideas, at the same time listen the feedback from the project’s key players immediately. It was held at the GranParaiso Sales Center in Miami, Florida.

Following the unveiling, a ground breaking ceremony was held at the fourth tower of GranParaiso. MLB legend, Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez was present, as he is the recent celebrity GranParaiso resident. Other celebrity buyers are NBA champion Manu Ginóbili, DJ/producer David Guetta and World No. 1 tennis champion Arantxa Sánchez Vicario.

Alejandro Vargas is an international business lawyer with more that 25 years of experience. His expertise ranges from managing and closing business, business development to structuring transactions. Vargas has Lawyer Degree (JD equivalent) from the Catholic University of Chile and a Certificate in Management Development from Harvard Business School.
