U.S. Taekwondo Directory surpasses 2300 listings

Feb. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Founded on August 28, 2015, the United States Taekwondo Directory is a State by State listing of World Taekwondo Federation and Kukkiwon affiliated schools across America. Designed to assist those searching for a legitimate and certified training facility for both the martial art and sport of Taekwondo, the directory is also designed to promote U.S. Dojangs across several social media platforms.

As of this date, the Directory has accumulated 2,369 school listings throughout the 50 states and continues to grow. Using up-to-date technology such as the Interactive HTML5 Map of the U.S, users are able to view how many listings per state as well as various highlighted information simply by placing their cursor on the state of choice.

In addition to promoting the art of Taekwondo, the U.S. Taekwondo Directory works to advocate through charitable works by supporting the USA Taekwondo Association for the Disabled ©.

The USATAD is a nonprofit oganization under the direction of Grandmaster Soon Pil Hong which works with the Korea Taekwondo Association for the Disabled and is recognized by the Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo Headquarters in Seoul, South Korea.

The charitable support is in alignment with the Directory's belief that Taekwondo should be available to all those who wish to learn the art and will provide a means of "giving back" to the communities throughout the United States.

With thousands of WTF affiliated Kukkiwon schools within the U.S., the Directory continues to update its listing on a regular basis and via individual notifications.
