Heath Dill grew up in a family where cooking delicious food was a nightly affair. While spending over a decade as a software engineer, he has honed his cooking chops through a combination of practice, re-reading Kitchen Confidential, and exhaustively watching Iron Chef.

Between hosting fancy (and also schmancy) house parties, blogging recipes at his blog Dillicious, and catering Lord of the Rings movie marathons for Dr. Corey Olsen (of Tolkien Professor fame), he's now ready to write his first cookbook!

In his spare time, such as it exists, he enjoys singing Renaissance music, listening to the blues, playing ultimate frisbee, and cycling.
