Cloud-based Dinamiks HR Absence Management announced - for use with all types of absence from work

CHICHESTER, U.K. - Nov. 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Dinamiks Ltd has announced the cloud based Dinamiks HR Absence Management, designed for use with all kinds of absence - holidays, sickness, training and compassionate leave included. Priced at £1 per employee per month, it’s unique among leave planners because it can be linked with the company’s employee performance management solution, Dinamiks Lite.

The tool simplifies staffing processes and can also be deployed for human resource planning, enabling the user organisation to plug resource gaps caused by absence in order to meet business needs and customer demands. The optional integration with Dinamiks Lite allows absence to be measured against performance and a picture to be built up over time of an individual’s or team’s performance.

“Likewise, patterns of sick leave can be compared to performance over the same time scale, enabling the employer to take action, within the boundaries of employment legislation, where it sees fit,” says Dinamiks Ltd Managing Director Simon Barnes. “The action can be counselling, training, giving warnings and improving performance.”
