Four Points is experiencing incredible growth momentum. With 50 new hotel deals signed in 2014, the most in Starwood’s company history, the brand will surpass 200 hotels in 2015, with more than 25 planned hotel openings this year. The Four Points brand boasts Starwood’s largest and fastest growing development pipeline, fueled by its widespread, global appeal to guests and flexible development options.

POINT #2 The new Four Points by Sheraton is located just under two miles from Stewart International Airport (SWF) in New York’s scenic Hudson Valley, & is easily accessible from both I-84 and the New York State Thruway and convenient to the United States Military Academy at West Point and Mount Saint Mary College.

Guests can also experience other local attractions including the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, several premium golf courses, Bear Mountain State Park and Harriman State Park.

POINT #3 Spearheaded by Jonathan Lifschutz, CEO of JSL Hotels & Great Palace Realty, the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel just completed a multi-million dollar conversion project of the former Comfort Inn, bringing the first International Five Star Luxury Starwood Franchise to Newburgh, with its upper scale select –service hotel concept: The Four Points By Sheraton Flag. “My goal was to bring a prestigious, internationally recognized luxury brand to Newburgh; offering a new level of service to the area,” continued Jonathan Lifschutz, “I’ve seen a growing need and demand for luxurious strong brands like Starwood in secondary markets like Newburgh, to showcase their upper scale select service brands like Four Points by Sheraton, allowing guests to choose a better product for their lodging needs. Through market analysis and reports, I have seen first-hand that guests prefer to spend money for a better product. This in turn, translates into a better bottom line for my company and our investment goals.”

POINT #4 The Multi-million dollar investment and conversion project consisted of not only renovating all of its 124 guestrooms, but the core focus of the project was to redesign and build a brand new “open style” public space environment with a new two-story open lobby, lobby bar and restaurant, a new gift shop, business center, lobby library, and open friendly front desk experience. Food and Beverage services are available throughout all of the public spaces including the new outdoor fire-pit that runs adjacent to the lobby entrance, providing guests with a relaxing and scenic Hudson Valley flavor. The renovation also included market-leading meeting facilities to accommodate local businesses, family reunions, weddings, etc.

The exterior renovation included a brand new stucco façade, brand new LED site lighting and landscaping throughout the facility and a brand new parking lot with pavers accents and piers by outdoor sitting areas for guests to enjoy the taste of the Hudson valley surroundings. Lifschutz has completely redesigned & remodeled the hotels outdoor courtyard, which features a heated outdoor pool and offers seating and event space for large venues and parties. We also created a special pool menu for families and business travelers to enjoy and unwind during their stay. “We are the only hotel in Newburgh to offer this level of service,” said Jonathan Lifschutz. The new outdoor space can accommodate parties up to 200 guests or more.

The Four Points in Newburgh also includes a new state of the art, fully equipped 24 hour fitness center and all the brand’s popular amenities, including fast and free WIFI, complimentary bottled water in all guestrooms, and a wide selection of craft and imported beer as part of the Best Brews program located in the hotel new Lobby Bar and restaurant.
