Especially for the bored piles, it is another type of reinforced concrete pile, which is used to support high building producing heavy vertical loads. Among bored piles construction, the method of drilling bored piles is used a different way from general piles, which need specialist to do the job.

You got a lot of slurry with soils and rocks which need to be cleaned and the clean fluids can be reused, the purpose to use a desander unit for bored piles construction is to less the waste disposal cost, less the energy consumption. The new trend is to protect the environment during drilling and less the drilling cost, and be a responsible company.

We have 3 models of standard desander unit/ mud cleaning unit for bored piles by different treating capacity, GNMS-200D, GNMS-500D, GNMS-1000D. The function of the desander unit is only to clean the soils and rock, without mixing and storage function. The features of our desander unit is as below:
