Hi, I'm Cynthia Parkes, and I love what I do! I love to make a difference and I love to see both the quick, short-term changes and the long-term permanent changes that counseling provides.

I've been a professional counselor for 25 years and I have myMaster's degree from Indiana University. I've worked with children and parents not only in the outpatient counseling setting, but in hospitals, churches, camps, schools, and child care facilities.

A large part of my success can be traced to the fact that I use the latest therapy techniques and I care deeply about each person I see. Your child's success in dealing with his or her challenges is always on my mind. I thrive on helping children and parents grow to use their knowledge, abilities, and talents to fulfill their purposes in life.
