Elisa has over 10 years experience in the counseling field and is able to bring a new approach to CCNSB. She specializes in treating trauma recovery, PTSD, children with disabilities (ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabled) and incorporates Yoga Instruction as a means of assisting in the healing process. Progressive relaxation techniques used in Yoga practices have been a proven tool for overcoming feelings of anxiety, managing anger, elevating mood, increasing ability to focus / pay attention and increasing self-worth. Elisa also specialize in working with individuals and caregivers in positive behavior modification techniques that are sure to break any negative cycle of behavior and bring peace to your home.
