Monte Carlo Casino Night At Southern Star Ballroom

RALEIGH, N.C. - April 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Raleigh, NC:   Ever wanted to play like the rich and famous? Feel the charged atmosphere of the famed Casino at Monte Carlo? Be James Bond for a night?

Here’s your chance! Southern Star Ballroom Center is hosting a Monte Carlo Casino Night, complete with blackjack, craps, poker and roulette, on Saturday, August 29, 2015 to benefit the Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Not a gambler? Or just need a break from the gaming? Visit the Moulin Rouge Room – complete with shows, music for dancing, refreshments and the bar. Cheer on gamers in the Monte Carlo Casino Room.

Doors will open 6:30pm, gaming tables will be open 7-10pm. Guests will also have the opportunity to bid on fabulous prizes in a silent auction.

TICKETS are $55 per person ($100 per couple) thru 8/15. ($60 pp 8/15 – 8/25; $75 at door)
Each ticket includes $1,000 in “fun money” gaming chips, a raffle ticket for door prize drawings, goody bag, two drink tickets (beer or wine), refreshments and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Guests turn in chips at end of night; prize package for top two cash winners worth over $250 each. Guests also receive one drawing ticket for every $500 in winnings for great prizes, including tickets to the NC Symphony, NC Theater, private dance lessons at Southern Star Ballroom Center, Sweet T Hair Color Consultation and more.

A percent of proceeds will benefit Alzheimer’s Association Eastern North Carolina Chapter, a non-profit organization providing programs and support services, information, referral and advocacy to the 51 counties of Eastern North Carolina and to the more than 160,000 people living with Alzheimer’s disease in North Carolina and the more than half million unpaid caregivers who care for them.

Sponsorships are available – your business can sponsor a table, be an in-kind sponsor, or donate a prize or item for the goody bags. This will provide great exposure while helping a worthwhile cause.
