Balestrieri Environmental & Development, Inc. Announces New Hires and Employee Promotion

ELKHORN, Wis. - March 19, 2015 - PRLog -- Balestrieri Environmental & Development, Inc. recently hired Michael Kapitan as a new Project Coordinator and Sarah Pavlik to fill a new Accounting Technician position. In addition to the two new staff members, Angela Gasiamis, formerly a Project Coordinator, now serves as the company’s Business Office Coordinator. Balestrieri Group Vice-President Cindy Balestrieri commented on the new staff changes, “We pride ourselves on providing exceptional turn-key service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we also need to expand our staff to provide that level of service. The addition of Michael and Sarah will provide valuable support for both our field and office personnel.”

In his role as a Project Coordinator, Michael will help manage client relations, support the project managers, and be responsible for proposal follow-ups. Michael stated, “I am excited to join the Balestrieri Group’s project management team, and look forward to assisting the project management staff to give our clients the best service possible.” Michael has a Bachelor Degree in Public Policy and Administration with an emphasis in business management.

Sarah Pavlik comes to Balestrieri Group with over seven years of accounting experience. In her new position as Accounting Technician, Sarah will be responsible for executing and reporting on daily accounting tasks, as well as working with all departments to improve operational efficiencies and communication flow. Sarah commented, “The fast-paced environment in the office demands an efficient and effective flow of financial and accounting information, and my background and skills will be an excellent fit.”

Angela Gasiamis has recently transitioned into Business Office Coordinator. In her new role, she will provide support to the corporate office, administration, front office, marketing, and the safety department. Angie remarked, “Since joining Balestrieri Group in 2012, I’ve worked with staff members on all our department teams. This gives me an excellent understanding of everything that’s involved in delivering the successful projects that have made us an industry leader for over 20 years. I’m proud to be part of such an amazing team.
