Foam Zone and Beach Yoga Keep Boredom & Burn Out at Bay on Monday, March 16 Show airing on Lifetime with Co-Hosts Jamie Eason and Julie Moran

(POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – PR LOG – March 13, 2015) – All work and no play leads to burn out and boredom so to avoid hitting that plateau the Core Four ladies switch it up as the award-winning series Mission Makeover® continues in Episode 6 on  Monday, March 16, 2015 at 7:30 am (ET/PT). The encore presentation will air on Tuesday, March 17 at 7:30 a.m. (ET/PT).

Jumping in! The ladies will learn some fun fitness tools, and experience new ways to exercise starting at Sky Zone in Fort Lauderdale where Jamie Eason and Billy Beck III each lead a team in fierce competition.
