TOMS RIVER, N.J. - March 6, 2015 - PRLog -- The Bacchus Winemaking Club of New Jersey is America's newest gourmet hobby.  Join us this spring to hand craft your own world class wine from the amazing grapes from Mendoza, Argentina.  Argentina is one of the world's largest and finest wine producing nations and Mendoza is the epicenter of the wine industry.  We will be making wines with the famous Malbec variety, along with Cabernet Sauvignon, and Bonarda.

At Bacchus, you will learn the art of making your own wine.  You will have 4 sessions over the course of a year: grape crushing, pressing, racking the barrel, and bottling your own wine.  Bring your friends, family, or colleagues and see what all the talk is about!
