Avid Ratings To Launch 3 New Customer Engagement Products At International Builders’ Show In Las

Products Leverage Web-based Technologies to Help Builders Convert Internet Traffic, Improve the Sales Experience, and Manage Online Reputation

MADISON, Wis. - Jan. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Avid Ratings, the full-service customer engagement and loyalty management firm specializing in the home building industry, today announced it will launch three new customer engagement products at the International Builders’ Show (IBS) to be held January 20-22, 2015 in Las Vegas. Leveraging Web, mobile device and GPS technologies, the new products assist builders in the cultivation and conversion of Internet leads, enhance the sales model experience, and manage the online reputation that customer review sites have proven critical in today’s technology-rich sales marketplace.

The three new products include GoTour® ONSITE, Avid’s award winning GoTour home virtualization system, updated with iBeacon location-based technology. The new app enables customers to tour new home models while their mobile devices give them a “digital museum tour” experience of the property including product features in the home model that pop up on the user’s device as they walk through each of the rooms in the model. Initially available on iPad with other devices such as Android and iPhone expected to launch later this year, GoTour ONSITE is the first-of-its-kind beacon-based technology to be utilized in this manner in the home building industry. It is expected to dramatically improve the new home sales model experience and assist in the conversion of new homebuyer leads.

The second technology to be launched by Avid Ratings at IBS is Web MonitorTM. Serving builders as an online aggregator, Web Monitor scours the Internet, automatically monitoring major public review sites such as Yelp, Google, Merchant Circle and others and forwards all customer reviews posted to them to Avid’s builder clientele. The service allows builders to methodically monitor their online reputation, saving them significant time in the process.

Avid Ratings will also introduce a third product at IBS – Review BuilderTM, an automated service that allows builders to send requests to their customers to complete online, public reviews. Designed to assist builders to tell the real story about customer satisfaction and build positive brand awareness in the marketplace, Review Builder is the only-service-of-its-kind available to builders today.

Avid Ratings CEO and founder Paul Cardis will also present an IBS Tech Forum on Thursday, January 22nd at 11:15am. To be held in the IBS Tech Hub, the presentation will shed light on the role of the Internet and related technologies in the buyer/builder relationship, common behaviors and standard expectations of today’s online shopper, and the emergence of smart apps and sophisticated websites designed to capture and convert this dominant segment of the home buyer market. The presentation is one of just three Tech Forum talks selected by the IBS education committee for the 2015 conference and expo.
