The new app enables customers to tour new home models while their mobile devices give them a “digital museum tour” experience of the property including product features in the home model that pop up on the user’s device as they walk through each of the rooms in the model. Initially available on iPad with other devices such as Android and iPhone expected to launch later this year, GoTour ONSITE is the first-of-its- The second technology to be launched by Avid Ratings at IBS is Web MonitorTM. Serving builders as an online aggregator, Web Monitor scours the Internet, automatically monitoring major public review sites such as Yelp, Google, Merchant Circle and others and forwards all customer reviews posted to them to Avid’s builder clientele. The service allows builders to methodically monitor their online reputation, saving them significant time in the process. Avid Ratings will also introduce a third product at IBS – Review BuilderTM, an automated service that allows builders to send requests to their customers to complete online, public reviews.
