Tending the Fire: A Men’s Group Led by Michael Rainone

NEWTON, N.J. - Nov. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- The Tree of Health Center is delighted to announce the return of Tending the Fire: a healing group created specifically for men to discuss their journey in life and find their authentic power.

Michael Rainone – a certified healing arts practitioner, certified Core Energetics practitioner, former teacher and counselor at IM School of Healing Arts, and the Center’s Tending the Fire instructor – recognizes that men are often forgotten in self-actualization practices; so, he developed a unique healing session exclusively for men. Tending the Fire focuses on masculinity and brings a different dynamic to self-healing sessions.

“When men listen, support and understand each other, they come to discover the richness of their shared lives as men,” says Michael, who encourages men to share their achievements and hopes, as well as their struggles and defeats.

Each session utilizes meditation, Core Energetics techniques, as well as breathing and physical exercises. With this combination, a man will discover a deeper sense of self and develop a solid awareness of his personal relationships; sexuality; father-son dynamics; work and money; aging; health; and will achieve an overall greater sense of masculine identity as a member of the human community.

Michael Rainone will hold a Tending the Fire group on Tuesday, November 18 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.; thereafter, he will hold a group every other Tuesday during the same timeframe.
