Monday Meditation for Beginners at The Tree of Health Center

NEWTON, N.J. - Oct. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- The Tree of Health Center is proud to announce Monday Meditation for Beginners with Debra Hollinrake: The Tree of Health Center partner, Spiritual Life Coach, Ordained Minister and Life Activation Practitioner. Monday Meditation is a series of six classes held on Monday nights starting October 13 at a beginner level. Both beginners and regular meditators are welcome.

Monday Meditation will encourage habitual meditation, and therefore, creating a foundation for regular spiritual practice. Debra will start with the basics and follow through with more advanced tools for meditation. Mastering the art of meditation leads to inner peace; a connection with one’s higher self; connection to deep intuition; discovering one’s life purpose; and an increased ability to manifest. This ancient practice can aid both physical and mental ailments, with countless benefits toward overall life improvement.

Debra’s Monday Meditation will cover brain wave states; creating a sacred space; relaxation techniques; focused breathing; tools for “busy brain”; opening chakras; sacred geometric keys for protection; entering your sanctuary; and communicating with Higher Self.

Monday Meditation for Beginners is a six-class series and will be held weekly, beginning October 13 at 7 p.m. and ending at 8:30 p.m. An investment of $125 is required as a one-time payment for all six classes.
