Denver Staffing Agency J. Kent Staffing Awarded NTSB Contract for Colorado Region

Kent), through its GSA Schedule 736 Temporary Administrative and Professional Staffing Services (http://www.jkentstaffing.com/headlines/denver-staffing-agency-awarded-5-year-contract-for-gsa-736-schedule) (TAPS) contract, has been awarded a contract for administrative support staffing (http://www.jkentstaffing.com/expertise/functional/administrative-office-support) for the National Transportation and Safety Board’s (NTSB) Central Region.

The Central Region of the NTSB, headquartered in Denver, Colorado oversees an 18-state region. The Central Region is responsible for all civil aviation accidents that occur within the Great Plains, surround the Great Lakes and cover the south central United States. In the Denver office, 18 civil aviation investigators and law judges work on the Central Region’s investigative team.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is an independent Federal agency charged by Congress with investigating civil aviation accidents in the United States and significant accidents in the other modes of transportation--railroad, highway, marine and pipeline--and issuing safety recommendations aimed at preventing future accidents. The NTSB has approximately 400 employees located in its Headquarters in Washington, DC, and in regional field offices in Ashburn (VA), Denver, Federal Way (WA) and Anchorage (AL).
