Globi Web Solutions Updates Work Automation Tool for On-the-Fly PDF Creation

CALGARY, Alberta - Sept. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Globi Web Solutions, a 15-year veteran of the digital marketing industry in Calgary, has just released a new update for GlobiFlow that will allow users to create, edit, and view PDF files on the fly. GlobiFlow is an add-on for Citrix Podio, which is a work management tool that gives different parties within companies and within cooperating organizations the ability to share ideas and optimize every step in the completion of business projects.

GlobiFlow has been popular for some time as a method of automating different Podio workspaces using triggers, filters, and actions to streamline what was otherwise a laboriously manual process. The addition of the new PDF functionality works within this same framework, allowing reports of project data to be automatically generated and sent to customers via email without any human intervention.

Andreas Huttenrauch, Chief Digital Strategist with Globi Web Solutions, noted that the PDF functionality was one of the most commonly requested additions to the GlobiFlow platform up until its open release last week. Globi Web Solutions' clients wanted a way to easily get project data to customers without having to do so manually, and they wanted to be able to access a PDF holding detailed data directly on the project tab. This update adds both abilities to GlobiFlow.

The overwhelmingly positive response to the new release, Huttenrauch said, has helped GlobiFlow continue an upward usage trend since it went live 10 months ago. As GlobiFlow has adjusted to meet consumer needs with updates, like the new PDF functionality, the user base has steadily grown in kind.

Speaking on the success of GlobiFlow and the PDF update, Huttenrauch said that, "I think this makes us the major player in the Podio add-ons market. No other Podio add-on brings this level of automation and features to the table. Many of our users have expressed that they would not even have chosen Podio if it weren't for GlobiFlow."
