Relz "Call You Badd" Debut Single Release

SANTA MONICA, Calif. - July 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Hailing from Virginia Beach, Relz  is a young emcee with music reminiscent of original east coast rap with a blend of new school hip hop. As Co-Founder and 1/4 of the Label Covenant Government, he aspires to leave a lasting impression on the music industry. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Jorel 'Relz' Glover was introduced to the elements of Hip Hop at an early age. After developing a passion for the arts, he began writing poetry as a young teen, that which later blossomed into songwriting. With his witty word play and well thought out verses the preceding will be evident on upcoming projects! On his debut single "CALL YOU BADD" Relz  demonstrates impeccable delivery. It's sure to ignite awareness and likability. It speaks to his definition highlighting that BADD is the new CLASS in the words of Relz. Relz describes his music as something his audience can relate to while at the same time having a significant meaning. “Hip Hop music is about life experiences both positive and negative. Some of those experiences can be a meaningful learning curve for most. I never write a song that I can’t relate to in some way, shape, or form. My music will always reflect who I am” he says.

While Relz ’s heart is in Hip Hop music, he also credits Jay Z as an influential role model to him. “Jay Z was this young man from Brooklyn who was able to overcome all obvious obstacles and standard expectations of a rapper. “I found it inspiring that you can have all the odds against you yet beat them in a major way. The mogul mentality is something to celebrate amongst our culture and people in general”.

More up to date, unsigned Relz  is often named as one of the top unsigned artists to place on the hip hop radar. Relz  now aspires to create music that appeals to a new generation while staying true to the art that he fell in love with as a child. It is Relz ’s hope that his music will provide a new means for him to give back to his community. “Changing lives for the better is the goal".

Relz  has plans to perform on a bigger platform. Following his upcoming debut release album, knowing that, with God on his side, anything is possible for him to achieve his goals and make his dreams come true. “Everyone has dreams and goals,” he states. “I am just going for mine!”

His demo EP entitled "The Aurora" in association with Covenant Government is scheduled to be released in the latter portion of the year.
