This includes the ability for the Port Authority staff to input custom FloodGate messages, automatic FloodGate messages, manage Transfers, and utilize Call Log tools. It is also scalable to include Stop ID Numbers once Port Authority end-users are familiar with the individual Stop ID Numbers. With this release, another LogicTree client has been migrated over to include a fully hosted, virtualized cloud IVR solution. This enables state-of-the- The system will serve users throughout the Greater Pittsburg Region and allow their over 2.5 million residents and countless tourists the ability to use the system. As of now, the system has had a soft launch and a planned release for twenty-four hours a day in the near future. With only a night-time schedule, the system is already automating about 3,000 calls per week and saving considerable taxpayer money. Brendan Roche, COO of LogicTree, oversaw the development and release of the system. He expressed his excitement going forward, "We're very happy to have pushed this system live recently and to provide easily accessible transit information to the Pittsburgh public twenty-four hours a day.
