TurnKey Corrections Promotes Key Employees and Adds New Sales Executive

HUDSON, Wis. - June 20, 2014 - PRLog -- TurnKey Corrections announced today the promotion of Melissa Timmins to Vice President of Operations.  Melissa has been the leader in integrating significant customer service improvements for the past year and "this was a well deserved recognition of her outstanding efforts" said TW Vending CEO Todd Westby, the parent company of TurnKey.

Melissa joined TurnKey in August of 2011 as a sales manager and has helped be a key player in TurnKey's continued growth.   She added customer support roles over the past year. "Melissa is respected system wide by our client sites as a responsive and pro-active leader" added TWV Vice President Patrick McMullan.  "Her personality is the perfect balance between personable yet professional".  Melissa is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.  Melissa will oversee all aspects of customer service and support while continuing to support growth efforts in the Plains States.

TurnKey also announced the promotion of Julian Hart to Operations Manager of their new Kansas City, MO facility.  "Julian is someone who we take a great deal of pride in watching him grow up within our company" noted TWV CFO Tim Westby.  "Julian started as an entry level warehouse employee and earned his stripes through dedication, attention to details and hard work.  His promotion is well deserved".

Julian has been with TurnKey for nearly five years and assumed his new role in Kansas City in late May.  Julian grew up in the Twin Cities and has been working on his post high school education at St. Paul College.  Julian will oversee the fastest growing section of TurnKey's growth area, the Plains States.  In addition to running the warehouse operations and fulfillment activites in Kansas City, Julian will work with the Customer Service Center in Hudson to be a local presence to the near 30 sites within 3 hours of the Kansas City facility.

While promoting these key individuals, TurnKey also announced the hiring of Brad Nelson.  Mr. Nelson will take over the majority of growing the TurnKey brand in various territories throughout the country plus also be a critical liason  to TurnKey's sister company, Three Square Market.  "Brad brings expertise in mobile technology, a critical feature of our systems in both of our companies" said Patrick McMullan.  "His dedication and loyalty is something we look for our in our employees and his track record makes him a great match for our company and clients.  We are excited to add his expertise to our businesses".   Brad joins TurnKey after holding various positions with T-Mobile over the past 11 years.  "Brad's addition and the promotion of these key leaders postions our company to take the next step in growth and outstanding customer service" added Todd Westby.
