The Ixl Company discusses business, development and their office expansion during the recession

CANARY WHARF, U.K. - June 19, 2014 - PRLog -- “We have only been around as a company for a year, but have such a strong tight knit team with over 25 years’ experience between us that business is, booming!” says Sam Mouden, Managing Director of The Ixl Company. But the question on everyone’s lips is how is The Ixl Company doing this? Most companies are facing cuts, stores shutting down and are pulling back on expenses because of the recession that hit the United Kingdom back in 2008, yet this young vibrant company seems to be soaring sky high. “It definitely has not been an easy task to say the least. Lots of hard work and dedication from me and my team have enabled the growth of the Ixl Company to happen, everyone has worked very hard to push themselves to reach targets and goals and our teamwork has truly been impressive” says Sam Mouden, Managing Director of The Ixl Company.

“Every day is different and every day is fun. That is the first thing that anyone notices when they walk into our office, we are a very friendly and fun team and it is definitely something that has helped our growth. We are not just an office, we are a family and I think that is what makes us so successful” says Emma, The Ixl Company Receptionist, “Obviously it is not just that we are a family that has made the business work, Sam is a great Managing Director who motivates everyone and that has really helped us all get through the toughest of times as well as the easy ones”. The Ixl Company praise hard work very highly, with annual award ceremonies to celebrate those that have excelled as well as office parties every season, the next one being The Ixl Company’s ‘Summer Jam’ where the team are taking a huge party bus around London to celebrate this year’s efforts and success so far. So a great team, a great manager and a perfect balance of hard work and rewards seems to be what makes a company work.

The Ixl Company started off in a small serviced office, with a six person team in one open plan room, in the last year business went well and they moved into a building of their own and within just six months of having their own building, they have moved into an even bigger office space with a team triple the size of a year ago. “The main aim is to get this office running so well that we can go national with new locations replicating our set up, London is great, but the next steps will be somewhere north of the country, in Manchester or Liverpool. A new city will mean a new challenges, but also millions of customers we haven’t reached yet and so, another business success” says Sam Mouden, Managing Director of The Ixl Company. When asked about the rest of the team, Sam Mouden said a few of the current team will be coming to the new locations and are very excited about the prospect of a new city, one of which is receptionist Emma, who is heavily involved in any recruiting process at The Ixl Company “I cannot wait, the last few months have been so hectic, but in a good way, constant expansion and the new buildings and faces have been so much fun. I have only ever lived in London so my name will be first on the list for going to the new location!”

With expansion planned and 2014 being a great year so far, The Ixl Company are clearly heading up the right path, and this small direct sales company really go to show that you don’t need to have fifty years’ experience just to succeed.
