Baby Boomer Are On The Move Again

June 18, 2014 - PRLog -- The Baby Boomers are again booming, yet in a completely different way this time. Boomers are hitting 65 years of age and they are begining a type of move that we in the industry know as "Down Sizing".

"The phone is starting to ring," says Chris Spade with Keller Williams Realty San Diego Metro.  "We're getting more calls from people who are thinking about retirement and downsizing."

"A lot of people are able to sell their home and take the equity and pay cash for their new home.  A new trend people are looking into is a reverse for purchase loan.  Much like a reverse mortgage, a buyer can take a sizable down and never make another mortgage payment again."
