Creating a good working culture is not a solo undertaking, nor is it something that can easily be changed.  For any organisation to achieve a successful culture change, they require a give and take relationship across the chart.

Working in the resource sectors instigates a strong working culture in itself.  These sectors are predominately a masculine environment full of strong personalities and could naturally influence the culture.
