It is the first stage equipment to dispose drilling fluid. The equipment works is reliable and convenient to maintain, it is also an ideal equipment of drilling fluid separation. The shale shaker structure The equipment is mainly constructed with vibration motor, screen box, explosion-proof switch, lifting device, foundation, logging well tank and screen. 1. Screen box: uses the hookstrip soft (hard) screen, transverse tension, use spiral tightens and make it safety and reliable and difficult to damage the screen. The structure works is reliable and convenient to operate. 2. Power device: It is made of two sets vibration motor and vibration beam, it is convenient to install and maintain. Weight: The linear motion shale shaker working principle 1. The shale shaker is the first level in drilling mud solid phase control system, dispose the mud which carrying large drilling cuttings returned from the well and enter into the second separation equipment. 2. For example: when lubrication interval is halved than normal condition, the replenish lubrication grease shouldn’t bigger than 12.9g. Usually the bearing average daily temperature come-up 10°C, lubrication interval and replenish lubrication grease should be halved. In order ensure the bearing can proper works, we must adopt LGHP2 high temperature lubricating grease, we should clean the oil filler hole before add the new come-up fresh lubricating grease. In general condition, after the bearing is lubricated or re-lubricated will have a natural temperature rising and will kept on one or two days. In order to avoid dirt enter into oil filler hole to damage the bearing, we should use oil cup seals it. 5. When use the equipment which stopped with a long times. We should measure the motor winding. Using 500V tramegger measures the insulation resistance which is can’t bigger than 0.5MSZ can be used. Notice: After start the machine, we should view the motor whether have abnormal condition, and whether have unusual sound. If the two motors can’t synchronized operate, we should stop the machine at times and after troubleshooting can be used. The motor continuation start can’t extend 5 times under the cold condition. The screen can be used alone, and also can be used duplex and more screen connection. According to users’ requirements to manufacture the inlet mud manifold. 2. Installation and replacement of the screen. Screen is a more expensive quick-wear part in the equipment, the installation quality directly influence its service life. Screen adopts bolts tighten device. Notice: when operation, firstly tighten the right (viewing from discharging sand mouth) makes the screen outboard clamp the limited block which in the bottom of spiral hole, the three bolts should all firstly fix the middle one and make it is more uniformity. The bolt is the dedicated, when replace in the field we must carefully operate and avoid to lose. screen box works, the mud must filled up above 3/4 of screen surface, if it is not filled up 3/4 of screen surface which is show that screen is too coarse. In order to improve purification effect, we must replace fine mesh screen at this times. 3. The fixed of the screen box in transportation process. In order to avoid shale shaker damaged in transport process, Notice: the locking lathe dog must be locked to make screen box and foundation without relatively vibration in transport process; before start operation we must open the locking lathe dog, otherwise will make equipment badly damaged. 5. The maintenance of screen surface. Before every stop screen, it should be idling 5-12 minutes, meanwhile use pure water to wash the screen. Per shift should use water (summer) or steam (winter) washes screen surface and screen shoe at least. Screen and screen shoe can’t have too much sediment. Especially the mud with the big viscosity, density or use above 60 mesh screen. Otherwise, the viscous materials or after the fine sand is dry up on the screen will blocking the screen holes, when re-start shale shaker will decrease screen filtering effect and cause the unnecessary loss.
