Been Lied to? Deception Hurts your Business, but you can Learn to Identify it Like a Detective!

Improve your ability to communicate effectively, develop rapport and evaluate the credibility of what people say and do from someone who has practiced, not just researched, the science behind memory, truth, lies and deception.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - April 17, 2014 - PRLog -- In any business, without solid communication and people skills your sales will suffer, you will fail more often at negotiations, and your business and personnel will never reach their full potential. This training program will equip you with techniques the instructor used for over two decades within law enforcement as a Detective Sergeant in the Major Crime Squad, which will improve your ability to communicate effectively, develop rapport and evaluate the credibility of what people say and do.

You will learn to establish behavioral baselines to help you assess what people say and do while communicating and to identify and follow the subtle clues in a person's physiology, body language, micro-facial expressions, voice and specific linguistic indicators that can give away their real intent, expose sensitive or hidden information and identify the truth.

Develop the skills and insights used by successful detectives to connect with people, extract information and evaluate the truthfulness and credibility of what they say. These aren't simply detective skills, they are people skills, and the success of you and your business will be improved or hindered by how well you can read and evaluate what people say and do.
