Q Software To Showcase Automated User Provisioning For Oracle® E-Business Suite at Collaborate 14

Self-Service System with Preventive Segregation of Duties Checks Speeds Up Provisioning Processes
DENVER - April 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Q Software Global, an Oracle Gold Partner and provider of risk management, compliance and security solutions for Oracle ERP application users, will showcase CS* Provisum Automated Provisioning for Oracle E-Business Suite users at Collaborate 14 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas from April 7-11.

CS*Provisum speeds up the processing of Users' access requests. When a request is submitted the system is automatically scanned to determine the impact of granting the access, with regard to Segregation of Duties and access to high risk functions. An appropriate approver can then review the request with full information about its implications at the ready. If the request is granted, the Responsibilities are automatically assigned to the user, and the whole process is fully documented to provide evidence for auditors.

“Many companies find that the standard provisioning processes are too cumbersome and take no account of the organization’s Segregation of Duties policy, which could jeopardize compliance and leave the company vulnerable to fraud,” says Steve Spencer, Business Development Manager at Q Software. “Our solution saves manual effort and reduces the turnaround time for processing requests, delivering a direct improvement in productivity.”

CS*Provisum is part of the CS* GRC Suite, which also includes tools for managing and reporting on Segregation of Duties and Auditing. Live demonstrations of the products will be available at the Q Software Booth # 825 at Collaborate 14.

At the conference Steve Spencer will also present on how to avoid costly mistakes when implementing access control and compliance solutions:
