New Book Helps Busy Adults Unlock The Secrets to Effectively Managing Stress
Although many books have been written on stress management, few provide intuitive and sustainable solutions. This situation prompted her to research and come up with simple, sustainable solutions to help them manage these paralyzing circumstances.
