CCWW announce plans to design and licence a 4G LTE-Advanced protocol stack

Release 11 LTE-Advanced E-UTRA Access Stratum and Non-Access Stratum
FDD and TDD mode support
CA (Carrier Aggregation)
MIMO (Multiple Input/ Multiple Output) support

IPv6 and IPv4 support
IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem)
VoLTE (Voice calls over IP using SIP & RTP)
SS (Supplementary Services) using IMS
