Job Manager: Improving Buyer/Supplier Collaboration
The next step toward introducing a new Vendor Portal, the Job Manager offers a simple and accessible interface for transferring files between the translation department and its vendors. Instead of using a complicated FTP process, translators simply click a link in the confirmation email to access the Job Manager, check the job details and download/upload files. And all files are safely sent and stored in the XTRF.
Custom Fields: Advanced Flexibility
The XTRF 2014 Winter version brings flexibility to a brand new level by giving users the capacity to add custom fields. An easy creation module allows the user to select inter alia a name, the scope and type, and the items for selection. The new fields are editable and can be displayed and exported like all normally-available XTRF fields.
