Azzurro Systems Integration Appoints Robin Thomas as Senior Project Engineering Manager

NORTHVALE, N.J. - Feb. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Azzurro Systems Integration, the leading New York Metro Area provider of
broadcast systems design, engineering and integration services, announced today that they have appointed Robin Thomas to serve as a Senior Project Engineering Manager, effective February 6, 2014.

Robin is a Broadcast and Entertainment industry veteran with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the design, manufacturing, deployment and management of technology.

Robin began his career in lighting and sound design for theatrical productions and moved on to live music mixing and studio recording before focusing on broadcast facility design and support.

He has spent the last 23 years at the ABC Television Network, achieving the position of Group Director of Content Systems and Engineering Services at their New York headquarters.

Robin is an Obie Award winner in Theatrical Lighting design as well as an Emmy recipient for the ABC News 24 hour Millennium broadcast in 2000. He was also nominated for a Technical Emmy for the implementation of 5.1 Surround audio for the first HD broadcast season of Monday Night Football.
