NYC False Arrest Attorney Files Amended Complaint on Behalf of Brooklyn Man

NEW YORK - Feb. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- False Arrest Lawyer Michael Redenburg appeared in Federal Court on January 31, 2014 for an Initial Status Conference before the Honorable Brian M. Cogan. An attorney for the defendant City also appeared and initial disclosures containing the NYPD officer's names was provided to Plaintiff. At the Conference, Judge Cogan Ordered that jury selection is to begin on April 9, 2014, absent extraordinary circumstances, should the parties not settle Plaintiff's allegations of a Brooklyn False Arrest prior to that date.

The Court also ruled that Plaintiff could amend his Complaint once. Causes of action within Plaintiff's Amended Complaint include unlawful stop and search, flase arrest, failure to intervene and fabrication of evidence. Plaintiff also demands a trial by jury.
