Meet our Coaches: Sean Farrell, AMC (IIC&M)

CANTERBURY, U.K. - Jan. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Seann Farrell has been a sports and business coach for over 16 years and is the founder and CEO of Mindstream Coach Training, Irelands longest established Life-Coach Training provider.   Via his personal coaching, he works predominantly with CEO’s and sports professionals helping them transform their performance by guiding them beyond their self-imposed limitations.  Seann provides his clients with powerful and proven techniques developed by his own research over 16 years as a coach and therapist.    His favourite quote is “Start by doing what’s necessary, then do what’s possible, soon you will be doing the impossible.” Seann’s organisation also recently made headlines in Colombia after it delivered the first Business Coaching seminar in the Latin American country´s Caribbean coast.

Seann describes his personal coaching style as catalytic using gentle but powerful questioning techniques to discover and then neutralize unconscious self-limiting beliefs.   He was originally attracted to the profession from a desire to help others and to share his techniques and understanding of how life actually works.  Seann strongly believes that everyone can receive enormous benefits from a professional coaching session and recommends those who are considering coaching to take the plunge and reap the benefits for themselves!   Alongside his personal coaching work, Seann has also developed a range of programs to help individuals be the best they can be; the “Mindstream Method”, a way to consciously and intentionally create life experiences and also “The Mindstream Release Your Life Method”  which is a technique to remove, clear and release subconscious-self-limiting-beliefs which block most people from achieving their life-goals.  As Seann says “the motivation behind these programs, is the result of a life-journey in which I experienced the duality of both some wonderful and also some very difficult periods, and where I seek to share an understanding of what actually works in life. And also the realisation that making change in the external world is not enough and that change must also come from within, leading to a more peaceful state-of-mind and an undoing of the ego-mind, the source of all of our negative feelings and emotions”
