When was the last time, someone asked you when you were last at your best?  When you are, you are likely using your strengths. Research shows that building awareness around strengths provides a pathway to take action that leads to higher engagement and better success.  In addition, understanding what can get in the way of success, i.e. performance blockers like strengths overdone, weaker areas, and interference, and how to effectively manage through it builds resilience and confidence that leads to better outcomes.

This interactive program will build awareness around strengths and allow coaching professionals from different types of practice an opportunity to understand how increased awareness and coaching of strengths and performance risks can build client relationships, facilitate learning, develop agility, and increase effectiveness.

This program will enable you to:

·          Demonstrate increased awareness of personal strengths and energizers

·          Improve the coach/client relationship by understanding their strengths

·          Clearly define the benefits of a positive, strengths-based culture and coaching.

·          Develop new strategies to coach performance to the next level

·          Manage personal performance risks to improve the coaching experience for clients.

·          Make the connection of strengths awareness to achievement

·          Apply learning to real-life situations using an interactive, peer-coaching experience.
