OSFD Junior Division Hosts Sunday Pancake Breakfasts

OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. - Jan. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- The Old Saybrook Fire Department's Junior Division is pleased to host several upcoming Sunday pancake breakfasts, featuring eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, coffee, tea and juice, with the first breakfast scheduled for Sunday, January 19th, from 8 a.m. to noon at fire headquarters.

The pancake breakfast is $5 per person. The funds assist the OSFD's Junior (high-school age) Division. Other Sunday morning breakfasts will be hosted on: February 2nd, February 23th and March 23rd All of the breakfasts will be at the Old Saybrook Fire Department headquarters, 310 Main Street, at the intersection of Main Street and Old Boston Post Road.

During the Sunday morning breakfasts, upon request, the OSFD juniors will offer escorted tours of the fire headquarters and its firefighting equipment.

The Old Saybrook Fire Department has proudly served the Old Saybrook community since 1924.

We also provide and receive mutual aid to our fellow firefighters in neighboring towns. The department is comprised of all volunteers.
