RDCS Hired as a Certified Arborist Sub-Consultant for a San Diego Infrastructure Project

PlanCom Inc., an environmental telecommunications consulting firm hired Jeremy Rappoport, President of Rappoport Development Consulting Services LLC, as a certified arborist sub-consultant for the Catalina Standpipe project in Point Loma, California.
 
SAN DIEGO - Dec. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Mr. Jeremy Rappoport, President of Rappoport Development Consulting Services, LLC (RDCS), is pleased to announce that the company has been awarded a sub-contract agreement with Plan Com, Inc. for the City of San Diego's Catalina Standpipe Project.

Plan Com, Inc., is a telecommunications management consulting firm located in Escondido, California.  Their client's are proposing that a new cellular tower be built adjacent to existing facilities known as the Catalina standpipe project, in Point Loma.

The existing Catalina tandpipe is an eighty-eight foot water tower (known as a standpipe) which has cellular components attached near the top of the water tower.  Work is moving forward on construction of a new water standpipe just to the south of the existing tower.  The final disposition of the existing standpipe is undetermined but removing the existing cellular components from the standpipe is required.

The removal of the cellular units will compromise cell phone reception in the Point Loma community, service providers are proposing construction of a new seventy-five foot faux Eucalyptus tower within a grove of Eucalyptus Cladocalyx (Sugar Gum) currently growing onsite.
