The Year of Health Lecture Series Launch

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - Dec. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Meghan Maguire, ACE Certified Health Coach at Willow Wellness and Chiropractic Care of Doylestown is pleased to announce the launch of her "Year of Health" Lecture Series beginning January 15th, 2014.  This lecture series will occur on the third Wednesday of each month for the duration of the year.  Each month will focus on a different healthy-living topic, including nutrition, fitness, stress management, and behavioral changes.


The series will kick off on Janurary 15th with an introduction to the six dimensions of wellness and goal writing workshop.  Participants will gain a foundational understanding of the components of wellness and have the opportunity to write realistic, manageable, and effective goals for a healthier lifestyle in 2014.  As a group we will help to troubleshoot any barriers individuals may face in meeting there goals and set up a source of community and accountability in reaching those goals.

Lectures will be provided by Meghan Maguire.  Meghan received her undergraduate degree from Temple University in Recreation Therapy.  She earned her certification for Recreation Therapy, and went on to earn her certification as a Health Coach through ACE.
