This program encompasses the 6 dimensions of wellness and considers psycho-social factors as well as physiological factors that contribute to or inhibit healthy habits. Each participant will follow an individualized wellness and/or weight loss plan. Weekly progress meetings will provide participants with feedback, accountability, and important information about fitness and nutrition. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to develop a peer support system with other Boot Campers during the group fitness sessions held three times a week. In order to allow time to schedule the initial consultation and baseline assessment, those interested should call the office at 215-692-2438 to register no later than July 2nd.
