By: Willow Wellness and Chiropractic Care of Doylestow This is not your typical boot-camp. There's not drill sergeant barking at you to work harder. I won't try to push you past your breaking point. It's not for people who curl 50 lb weights at breakfast. Instead, you'll find an energetic, compassionate, and encouraging instructor who will urge you to challenge yourself, to strive for new personal records, and to reach your goals. You will find a sense of community among a small class size, where you will receive personal attention. You will find creative work-outs and a fun atmosphere. You'll find accountability and support in reaching your fitness goals and incorporating exercise into your daily life! Winter Boot Camp is a 6 week program with three work-outs each week. Work-outs at Mondays and Thursdays at 7PM and Saturday mornings at 8AM. Boot Camp begins Saturday, January 4th. To sign up, call 215-692-2438. End
