CEO’s Address on Polymerupdate’s 14th Anniversary

MUMBAI, India - Nov. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- I would like to take this opportunity to thank each of our subscribers individually for their continued support and patronage over the years. Without you we wouldn’t be where we are today. I would also like to thank our team of dedicated employees who have helped polymerupdate get to where it is today. Over the years, as a global petrochemical market intelligence provider, Polymerupdate has helped the industry take better business critical decisions. This we have achieved through our real-time news and price services delivered to clients through Polymerupdate's web based platform. More recently, Polymerupdate's services have been made available through a smartphone application.  Polymerupdate was the 1st company globally, to launch a smart phone application and we are indeed proud of this achievement. At Polymerupdate we are committed to improve our quality of service deliveries. Frequent interactions with our many subscribers have helped us better engineer the Polymerupdate website. Today it is considered by many to be a very user friendly platform. In fact, we believe that our platform presents a perfect blend of our industry skills & knowledge with your everyday intelligence needs. Today, we deliver not just insights – but answers. Answers that are reliable, actionable and timely.

In our business, trust and confidence are all-important. We have recently launched the Polymerupdate-Platts joint report for South Asia. These reports, published weekly, are very competitively priced. The reports which reflect prices from Platts, used by the Indian customs, are currently available for PP, PE and PVC. Each report carries a special macroeconomic page from CRISIL, a global analytical company providing ratings, research, and risk and policy advisory services. The Polymerupdate-Platts joint report covers both domestic and international prices, market-moving news, insightful supply & demand analysis and plant updates which help organizations stay several steps ahead of their competition.

It gives me great pleasure to inform you that Platts & Polymerupdate have partnered together yet again, this time to engineer, The India Polymer Awards (IPA) next year. The IPA 2014 is an extension of the Platts Global Energy Awards, often described as "the Oscars of Energy," which have been recognizing corporate and individual excellence across the entire energy complex from across the globe for last 15 years. We shall keep you updated regarding the dates for this event going forward.

Personally, I have never been more enthused about our progress and our ability to deliver a high quality product for you our reader, going forward.  This will be seen in a newly designed website with several new easy to use features for your benefit. I believe we have the product portfolios and the strategy structure in place to meet the diverse needs and risk tolerances of any client. The new version of the Polymerupdate website will be launched early next year.

In retrospect, we are grateful beyond words for the very special bond and relationship we share with you our client. Whether this bond has been nurtured and developed over the past 14 years  or whether it is a fresh relationship, each of you are an integral part of our success and we hope you will journey along with us as we scale the pinnacles of global reputation and emerge as a premier player in the space we currently are in.
