Marion wrote this book because of his frustration with the lack of justice in the American Justice system. “I have worked over 15 years in county jails and California State Prison, and on two police agencies in a civilian (non-sworn) capacity. I have seen and personally experienced the injustice, stood by helpless, while victims were again victimized by the justice system.” He served in the Navy for 20 years and has traveled to 17 different countries. Now retired, he lives in Arizona. This is his first published book.
