NEW YORK - Nov. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- On Monday, November 4, The Napoleon Group (http://www.napny.com/), the leading full-service previsualization and commercial test company, hosted an intimate Fall Harvest Art Buyers Soiree in its new Flatiron headquarters.

Art buyers, creative directors, producers and account executives from some of New York’s top advertising agencies—The CementBloc, DDB, Draftfcb, Huge, JWT, MarcusThomas, McGarry-Bowen and Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness—had an opportunity to meet with Napoleon Art Studio Manager Scott Stein and Technical Director/Art Studio Norman Morales, learn about Napoleon’s unique art capabilities and tour Napoleon’s new custom-built facility and in-house art studio.

With more than 25 years experience and 50-plus artists and illustrators based around the globe, Napoleon’s art services are literally world class. Utilizing both traditional and digital pipeline techniques, Napoleon can deliver whatever style or aesthetic is right for any project. Storyboards, comps and art designed for fluid animation are produced both in house and out.

“It’s always a pleasure to meet fellow art aficionados face to face and discuss industry needs, trends, styles and techniques,” says Stein, who speaks with the authority and insight that comes from overseeing Napoleon art for 18 years. “The art department is the first step in conceptualizing every project, and we are constantly on the lookout for fresh new talent to meet the needs of the ever-changing advertising world, from traditional art to 3D to digimatics and photomatics.”

In keeping with the evening’s autumnal theme, the event featured a seasonal spread of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres highlighted by a pumpkin spice martini and chocolate-covered pumpkin cake pops created by Napoleon Client Services/Sales Assistant Katelyn Palazzo. Also on the menu were Pumpkin Ale, sparkling hard cider, wine, crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, crudité and an assortment of exotic cheeses.

“It was such a lovely evening,” says McGarry-Bowen Art Producer Kim Stoerker. “I really enjoyed the chance to finally see your fantastic new space.”

CementBloc Multimedia Art and Video Producer Robin Daily agreed. “It was a wonderful pre-holiday gift to get us together!”

Napoleon President Doug Miller says the feeling is mutual. “We welcome the chance to show colleagues and clients our new facility because we designed it with their needs in mind. Napoleon is proud to say that we've had an in-house art studio since our inception in 1985, which is simultaneously traditional and cutting-edge—the best of both worlds. Combined with our artist exclusives and stable of global talent, Napoleon's art services truly are unique."
