The president of aBeam Technologies, Dr. Sergey Babin, said: "Our representative company, Techno-Pacific Corporation, has represented us in Japan for ten years. Japan, Incorporated. The company will strengthen aBeam's ability to meet customers’ demands and extend the business in Japan. The CEO of aBeam–Japan is Dr. Makoto Yoshimi, who has strong experience in the semiconductor industry on both the technical and business levels. aBeam–Japan will start active operations on November 1, 2013. The company is located in Tokyo. During the transition period, aBeam–Japan and Techno-Pacific Corp will both provide business and financial operations: all new contracts will be carried out by aBeam–Japan, while Techno-Pacific will work with existing contracts until their expiration.
aBeam Technologies develops software for semiconductor manufacturing used for simulation and optimization of fabrication processes. Customers include chip-making factories, equipment makers, and maskshops. Further information can be found at
