The third case was for Christopher K., a sanitation worker, where Mr. Golan successfully argued that the insurance company doctor's report should be precluded due to his failure to submit the medical records he claimed to have relied upon in reaching his opinion.  The client was therefore awarded monetary benefits at a higher rate than he otherwise would have been.
