In her new role, Ms. Eberhardt oversees the growth strategies for nationwide property and asset management, with a primary focus on commercial, retail, and multi-family real estate, and will extend our leadership with property owners to achieve its management objectives in a variety of markets.
Ms. Eberhardt brings 20 years of experience in the financial sector, and was a key contributor to the success of The Boston Group's IPOs; having the most profitable department in the entire E&Y Western division; and the growth of Westwood Financial from non-core assets to institutional quality investments where she spearheaded a $200 million shopping center portfolio restructure.
Ms. Eberhardt received several capital markets licenses including her California real estate license, and is a member of BOMA and IREM.
